Introduction Blog

  Hi, welcome back my name is Elizabeth Ehney. I go to Fort Lauderdale High School. I'm 15 years old in grade 10 and the classes I'm taking this year are AP human geography, AICE English language, Algebra 2, Chemistry, AICE psychology, AICE European history, and AICE media studies. I'm really excited about my classes this year because, they seem really fun and interesting to learn about so, I'm looking forward to seeing what is coming. Something to know about me is that I take school seriously it is one of my main priorities that I work hard for. As long as I'm doing my best I don't worry about my grades because I know it's something that I gave my all towards. A few things that I like are swimming, clothes, hanging out with my friends, and watching TV shows. I started learning how to swim the strokes last year in October I was taking lessons then, in November I joined a swim team. However, I ended up taking a break in March for a couple of months. I wanted to swim again and I decided to join the swim team this year for my school. It's fun but it's also hard. I'm not the best at swimming it could be a struggle but, it's something that I'm working on because I want to improve and get better. I love clothes it's something that makes me really happy and I love to put outfits together. Putting on new outfits brings me joy and it makes me feel good about myself. In general, when I choose what to wear I make sure that my outfit meets my expectations because it's something that I like to do. I used to never hang out with my friends because I didn't like it but now I love to spend time with them and hang out whenever I can. It makes me feel closer to them and have a better connection with them. My best friend's name is Stella and she is like my other half In the beginning we weren't as close but not were pretty close. We go to the mall together, our houses, text each other, and do many other things. Another thing that I like is TV shows specifically Asian dramas like Korean, Chinese, and Thai. I started getting into watching them when I was in 8th grade and since then I'm addicted to them. I love watching them the storylines are so interesting and different compared to American TV shows. And have really good messages to them. To conclude another thing to know about me is that I have two dogs one girl and one boy. I have four siblings two brothers and two sisters. Doing a film review + adding changes to it

 On March 11 I had my sister do a film review of my opening sequence. My sister reviewed it and said that she liked the beginning shot and the music chosen for the beginning of the opening sequence. However, she did make a few suggestions to change the lightning to make it have a more mysterious vibe. So, one of the first changes I made was to adjust the lighting to darker. To do this I clicked on my opening sequence went to the bottom of the options and chose "adjust". With these options, I was able to adjust my lighting to make it have a more mysterious vibe. She also suggested to increase the volume of the main character talking because she couldn't understand what she said in the opening sequence. I went into CapCut to fix these by increasing the volume on the parts where the main character is speaking. Production Blog choosing the app, importing photos, and music

I started to begin working on my All About Me commercial. I'm really excited to work on it because it's my first time making a commercial. The first thing I did was look for an editing app. There were many to choose from so, this process took a while. Many of them looked hard to use. I asked my teacher which one and she recommended capcut. I never used capcut before so, it was an interesting experience. When I got into the app it was a little bit confusing. I figured it out and made a project on there. I named it "AICE Media Studies All About Me commercial." I chose the videos and the photos I already planned to use. I needed to add the music. This was hard for me because I didn't know how to get the music. I asked my sister and she told me I had to download it. I downloaded both of my songs and imported them into capcut. I started to work on cutting my videos to show the parts I wanted to use. I did this for all of my videos because most of them were too long and...
